lets all try to solve this problem....
my figure 8 puffer that is in my 20 gallon tank has recently decided to randomly chew at the silicone in the corners of the tank.
my worries are:
is silicone going to harm him?
do small puffer bites make enough of an impact on the silicone to cause a leak?
why is he doing this and how should i stop him?
by the way, he is completely healthy, actually a very healthy looking puffer. his roommates are 4 turquoise rainbows, 1 moray, and 2 bumblebee gobies with absolutely no aggressiveness towards or from anyone in the tank.
salinity around 1.08. parameters all check out fine.
