why arent they doin thier job

ok my amanos are not eating the algae. they sit there all day and do nothing !!! how do i get them to do thier job?

Don't know for sure, but my first guess would be that they are finding a better food source than algae, or at least the algae you want them to eat, in your tank.

i know wat its is! i saw one steel a blood worm and he must of told his friends. is there any way i can get them to eat algae again?

Stop feeding bloodworms

Most Amano shrimp really love bloodworms and meaty foods, so if you don't feed those for a while, they should start in on the algae.

starve them some. once they get hungary enough they'll eat.

Hey if I had a choice between blood worms or algae, I'd eat the blood worms too.
