I'm just about sold B_B. I always wondered if one really needed silicone or if they could just put the tube in tight. Ive got tons of those little connectors around since they come with every pack of airstones. They really seal the deal. Pun intended. I know this system is really simple and I'll probably end up useing it but I've got to ask: Ok, we decided that paintball canisters might contain oil harmfull to fish; but how about those little "carbonate your own soda" dealies. Couldn't I use something like that to inject CO2 every couple of days and then put it away in a cupboard? Also, has anyone here used a test kit to measure CO2 levels in their tanks before and during production via DIY CO2?
