does anyone know what these are, i got them all over my tank, mainly on plants, looks like worms but they are not moving around. they are stuck on the filter, and when i take them out, they feel slimy like, algae.

From what I can gather in the pics alone, it looks like he has T-5 lighting on it and has to be using commercial CO2 injection (becuase I cannot imagine him running 4-5 DIY reactors for a tank this size)
Also is that a Rhinox 2000? LOL
You use low-light plants very well, nitro. the use of Java fern as a backgrounds plant is spectacular :)

Wow, what a beautiful tank! And great photos! Thanks for sharing.
Your plants are just spectacular - what is your lighting/CO2 setup?

hi all
thanks for your comments,

i have T8 bulbs, one a plant one, and the other a soft light, I have a D&D C02 set up, 3 bubbles per sec.

i use plant food once a week, and after water change, no fert or substrate, i got the java fern from e-bay, as a single plant and it has thrived well in my tank, now its a mother plant which produces small plants.

the filter is a fluval 305.

and i have a UV light as well.

i will take more pictures of the equipment when i get a chance.

thanks again for your comments.

Pictures were taken using a Sony SLR 330 camera.
