baby brichardi

well i went to feed my brichardi last night and i always watch the babies feed to make sure they are healthy and feeding, well i happened to see some movement and noticed i have yet another batch of fresh new hatchlings. tell u what they are some prolific little breeders lol

They are indeed prolific. We ended up with a tank full of them. The older fry help guarding the new eggs, which is fun to watch. Congrats on the new fry!

I think the African's are really nice fish. My African tank is the one I put the most time into. All the water is measured, the water coming out and the water that was made up to go back in. All the parameters are adjusted to duplicate the the Malawai lake they come from. Its a very profound and pleasing chore once you get the best colors to come out of your Africans. It is a lot of work to do a tank that meets the environment they come from but, the rewards on how the colors pop out of them is worth it.
