30 gal, what goes in

hey i have a 30 gal i just got and want to make it a betta tank and dont know haw many i can put in or what fish could go with them. thanks

something like 10 females and 6-7 cory cats would work...maybe a BN pleco for algae control.
add floating plants to make the bettas more comfortable. include lots of cover from rocks, driftwood, plants or w/e else you end up using to decorate your tank so that all your fish are feeling safe.

make sure the tank is COVERED very well.

What Newman said! lol You could divide the 30gal into six apartments and have a male in each 5gal apartment. I have two 10gal tanks that are divided three ways and I have happy boys on my hands.

Lol! Sadly it's true! Unfortunately Betta's aren't like Dwarf Puffers where you can 1 male and a harem. Like bassbonediva, I have in the past divided up a tank and kept several males and it worked great.
