Whale Shark At the Georgia Aquarium
ATLANTA- Two large trucks with police escorts flashing their lights rumbled up to the world's largest aquarium early Friday with its newest residents—two whale sharks that had made an 8,000-mile journey from Taiwan.
Veterinarians measured the new sharks and took blood samples before they were transferred by canvas harness from the trucks into their new home. The aquarium's other whale sharks, Norton, Alice and Trixie, circled nearby, seemingly curious about the newcomers......

Wow. That’s pretty spectacular. I was just checking out the main link to the Georgia Aquarium and I think I found my DREAM job!!! They have an events area there – where people have their weddings/corporate events at the aquarium. I would be in heaven working there!!!!

That is sooo bad, those sharks do not belong in a cage and they say ralph there previousshark died from stomach issues im sure its all because of stress related problems. people will never learn
Actually, these sharks were going to be eaten but were bought (read: rescued) by the aquarium. Research is your friend.
i don’t think this is right… theses beautiful creatures deserve better this is just plain cruel!
