I would rethink “welcoming” aquariumguys.com as your new sponser. Apparently, they have been taking customer’s payments and not providing the ordered products and not responding to customer inquiries or refunding money. They are a scam and I have reported them to various governmental organizations.

If you have had trouble with a particular order, please email me and I’ll look into it. AquariumGuys is not a scam…we are a company; we do respond to customer inquiries and we will certainly refund a mistaken or problematic order that complies with our return policy. As with any online company that’s been around for a while, there are cases where people may have had difficulty getting in touch with us, generally due to spam filters removing our email updates. This is the exception and not the rule. The vast majority of our customers are satisfied. We are of course working to expand this majority every day, but part of the reason we’re on forums like these is to provide community support so that hobbyists can contact us directly if any complications should occur.

i will never buy anything from you guys again i bought some items and have not received anything the money was taken out of my account. its going on 8 days and I’m still waiting. on there add they say 2-3 days for delivery.. very disappointed customer.. joe fonseca……
I just got some aquarium decorations from aquariumguys.com and everything went very smoothly. I received everything I ordered, was able to track my package, and got it in 3 days. Great, I might just buy something else there. I do suggest some free shipping if the order is above a certain amount. Thanks again.
