Hi all, I was just wondering the smallest nano anyones ever heard of like 5 gal. ??? any one know how small U can go? *PEACE!*

ive seen pictures of a 1/2g nano...i suppose you could go as small as you can find a container but anything below 10g seems kind of pointless to me

yea i saw like a 1 gallon nano, it was real funky looking like a cylinder with a random thing on the top with a small peice of live rock and a clown. The clown looked as if he was in a jail cell...

imagine living in a shotglass--that clam is screwed--as well as all of the corals...when they start growing bigger and bigger, there will be a battle for territory and nasty injuries will occur
here's another comparison: that's like keeping a golden retreiver puppy in a shoebox

as my man camaro said, anything under 10 gallons IS pointless--in the end, size matters, and bigger is better

It is possible. They are called picos. They can go as small as you can find a container. I have seen some 1/4 gallons and less.

How about a glass cofee mug, why dontcha?! I suppose some people get great pleasure about saying they have the biggest this or the smallest that, but pushing the extremes like that is wack.
