thinking about kribs...

Does anyone own any and what do you keep them with?

Kitten, the world is your oyster, Kribs get on fine with all the run of the mill trops, apart from when they are breeding(which is quite easy).
A good set up for kribs would have plenty of caves for spawning, bogwood + plants. 8)

WOOHOO!!! (mmm oysters). I'm setting up a 36Lx18Hx14W...whats the gallons for that? I have really strong filtration/current, which i used for the convicts, and i'm thinking it's a little too strong for a community planted. are there any fish which could take it or will i have to buy ANOTHER filter. I do want kribs, so i'm just gonna have to suit it to thier needs.

To find the gallons you do this:

LxWxH then divide by 231.

That would make it about a 40 gallon.

I have no idea about the filter but if it's to strong then it will blow the plants away and you don't want that. I have never kept kribs. ;D
