The Chat Room

I just happened to notice that the Chat Room apparently has new members looking for help, but no one seems to respond and they don't know how to get on the forum - and I have never tried to get on to the chat room. It looks like it is mostly first time posters that use the chat room, not the older seasoned members.

I've never been here when anyone is in the chat room. I think most post there looking for an 'instant' answer but don't bother with the forum.

At least one of them says they don't understand how to post on the forum -I don't understand how to post in the chat room or how to tell when its active.

Thyra, you can enter a post by clicking on the little white box at the top left hand side of the main forum page, just above the chat room screen....
I agree w OC, seems that most chat room inquirers don't then come to the forum. But maybe it would be nice if they did...
