Someone please "Help"

Starting a new thread because my Betta has burst it's bubble. The big bump he had burst, and now he has like thread hanging out where the bump use to be. I changed his water, and put in salt, what is going to happen next to this poor betta? I don't know what to do anymore. He is eating....has this ever happened to any of you, and what would you do for him now?

If it's a parasite, I really don't know which one...never seen this. Now the bump is back with a white dot in the middle, but he is swimming more, and eating well. I don't know what this is, and give up. Nobody seems to know, so I will leave him alone, do water changes, and hope for the best.
