Please Help my upsidedown fish is dying :(

I have a catfish that is about 5 years old.....He is in a tank with two plecos and 4 chicilds in a 55 gallon. He hasn't moved in two days and he is barely breathing. I dont know what to do for him. Please help me with any suggestions. i noticed that one gill is red and he is getting extremely skinny!! PLEASE HELP

What are the water parameters? Could you show us a picture?

i tested the water and everything is good. I also did a 20% water change today......

Is he lethargic? Maybe another fish attacked him??? It could happen...

its possible..... he died this morning...

Awww, I'm so sorry. It could have been many things...maybe he was caught in between tank decorations.
