Pink stuff on snail and mysterious baby snails...

I have two Gold Inca snails, and two days ago, I saw baby snails actually in my breeder (the breeder was for a shrimp)!! I thought that gold inca snails were supposed to lay eggs...arent they?
Also, there are pink dots all over my snail, inside, not the shell, and they sort of look like eggs...could this be the reason for my mysteriously appearing snails?
This is weird...

I don't know about the spots, but they could have deposited eggs somewhere in the tank and the babies were stuck onto some shrimp. You might have easily not noticed the eggs, as they are deposited in a translucent jelly that is difficult to see if its in the right place.

I was told since i work at a pet store that snails have there eggs then collect them on there shell so the dot could very well be eggs
