I have a 40 g. (36" long) aquarium and try to find light system for it, which is not an expensive one...but good enough to grow a little bit of plants.
I tryed Home Depot, but they do not have 36" with reflector, only 48". I can not build or redesign anything...
I found Coralife 36" T5 36w Double Linear Strip Light. It gives only 42 Watts. How do you think, it would be enough light, or not. Is it, maybe better to buy something with one strip light T-8/T-12, like Perfecto Fluorescent Light Strips (but this way, I can not have more than 40 W)
