So i work on Kennedy space center, and live right next to Cocoa Beach. to save money couldnt i just get 3 or 4, 5gallon wade upto my waist or higher and then scoop up a 5gallon bucket at a time? i can park pretty close to the beach so it wouldnt be far, also i could get some water at the same time???
