My Blue Ram...

For two days now my blue ram has had some kind of growth on it's forehead it hasent gotten any bigger though. It looks a lot like a pimple with a white head on it. It doesn't seem to bother the fish, but i was wondering if it was some sort of paricite or some other nasty little critter? It's only the size of one scale on the fish so it's not abrormally huge or anything. That me know what you guys/gals think.

Sounds almost parasitic (alien), have you recently introduced any new livestock or plants.
I suggest keeping a close eye on it to see if it drops off, there are parasites that live in snails that need a fish as a temporary host to finish its cycle, it is at this stage that you can eradicate them. 8)
