I thought so. None of my snails or fish are eating it though, and that kind of algae is only growing in one place in my tank. How do I get rid of it? Just pull it off?
Yeah, if it's nice clumpy algae, try to remove by hand. You can also do a dip of the roots in a bleach/water solution to kill of any remaining spores, but probably not necessary at this point.
