Major black alage problem what fish could i get?

Look at the details for my 29g below

Ive got a bad problem with black beard algae or black hair algae . i was wondering if theres any small fish that would eat it and would be compatible with my fish below. i was leaning toward an otto do you think they would eat that kind of alage .

None of my oto species mess with beard algae. If you want to combat it with a fish, the Crossocheilus siamensis (Siamese Algae Eater).

It would be easier to fix the imbalace in light, carbon, ferts though, in my experience.
