just came out and if you're looking for a LED light setup, then you should strongly consider this. It's got a new design that gives it more coverage and while I don't have this particular model (i have the older one), it's really well-made and my corals so far seem to love it.

it has the shimmering of metal halides...and best of all..less electricity and no heat. i can put my hands in the tank w/o feeling like i'm being roasted when i was using my MH. my corals seem to like it. the anemones seem to retract when it's on so it must be bright or too bright.

was going with T5's but the thought of having to buy bulbs every year sucked. LED are more expensive but if you calculate the long term cost...it's better.
