Help for a "Aussie" downunder!!

I have'nt been on line for a while but I always received good advice...I moved up in tank sizes from 150L to a 520L 145gal and I was wondering is it a matter of multiplying evertyhing by 5 filtration, nitro,cycle etc if someone could tell me what they would use that would be helpful.... I would like to move into the Sth A Ciclid field I'd like to get about 20 fish that grow to around 8-10in is that cool...when they delivered the tank I was somewhat gobsmacked as the measurements seem to have blownout of proportion but Im rerring to go just the same!!!!*celebrate
