Fish tank next to a radiator?

I'm moving and need to find a place to put my fish tank. The best location seems to be next to a radiator, although I'm, not sure if that is a bad idea...

The tank would be above the height of the radiator, not like right on the floor next to it, but next to it none the less.

Is this a bad idea?

I'd keep an eye on the temperature because you don't want it swinging around when the radiator turns on and off.

Cast-iron radiators are designed to sink heat into material.
The tank might raise to a temperature that will be unhealthy for the fish.
Keep an eye on the temp.
Hopefully there is another location?

Yes, there is another possible location, just that this spot was preferred.

But, alas, I don't want to constantly be worrying about my fish, so the rediator will be a no go.

Similarily, think a TV can go next to a radiator?

TVs generate a lot of heat.
They try to disipate it thru venting.
My guess would be that the TV would be Okay tho.
