Bichir Fish laying egg sacks?

I have three Bichir fish. The last few days I have noticed a white oval sack that is firmly adheased to the large rock formation in my fish tank? Could one of them have layed an egg sack. I would like any information you could give about Bichir Babies and or breeding these mystrious fish. I have one rather large one and two smaller ones. They are at home in a larg 55gallon tank and they are the only residents in there. I recently bought this tank and they are on week three in the new tank. *SUNSMILE*
