Baby Goldies/Koi

Ok My sister was given about 10 baby goldfish and she wants to know what stage they are at so she knows how old they are.

Is there a web site tht shows stages she can goto and get the information?

Also she wants to use a ggravel vac to clean the small tank out with, I said um that might suck the beebees us your better off taking them out and change the water then place them back in. Is that the right thing to do just like any other tank?
