angel is sick...what is it, and how do I treat it?

There is something very wrong with my angelfish. Last night I noticed that his one eye was all big and puffy. I had heard of bubble eye disease, so I figured, O, I'll get on myfishtank.net tomorrow and find out how to treat it. This morning when all my fish were having breakfast, the only way I could get him to eat was to put the bloodworms in my hand and he would eat out of it. When I got home from school he was showing symptoms of swimbladder, tilting and trouble swiming. His eye is still weird. What is this, and how do I treat it?  ???Please help!

I would find a med for pop-eye or dropsey. Maracyn 1 or 2 I think, but you need to check. If you can isolate the fish to a hospital tank, great, if not, well I would do a quick water change and put the med in.
