55 gallon for 40 gallon

Anyone in the Seattle area want to size up? I don't need a tank this large. I need help. i posted on craigslist and someone with a 40 gallon emailed back but I can't tell if this is a good one.

Looks fine to me. I just wouldn't downsize with your current fish population. You need the space for all of them.

I just ran your tank population through aqadvisor. Your current tank is way overstocked. The pleco, knife fish, and probably angel need to go if you downsize.
