Been having alot of issues with my goldfish tank with my goldfishes passing away lately. Not quite sure. They are healthy one day and the gone the next day. Most seem to have a bladder issue with them floating sideways. sucks. So my LFS recommended that I use Binox. It says it’s good for:

Binox is a useful product, however Jungle needs to better state their ingredients which in this case Nitrofurazone.
Nitrofurazone is not really any cheaper than sulfa drugs (unlike the statement in the article) and is not effective for Dropsy (it sit not effective for internal infections)
Nitrofurazone is effective for Aeromonas and sometime columnaris.

i had a goldfish like that and he had a swim bladder problem.he died a year later though.
