Fish In Space Betta Aquarium

The holiday season is coming so I'll start posting some stuff I find that you might find interesting.

The Fish In Space Betta Aquarium allows your fish to live amongst the stars and planets. The aquarium features a fun U.F.O. cap that beams the space ship's light into the aquarium. The glow-in-the-dark stars and planets make for an exciting display during "lights out". Compact size makes it perfect to place on a desk or counter top. Two button cell batteries included.

Although betta are able to survive in a pathetically small amount of water – as long as the water is changed on a regular basis – the amount of water in these small bowls is pathetic, and your betta will *not* be happy. It doesn’t take any more work to change the water in a 2.5 gallon aquarium than in a teeny tiny bowl, and your betta will be much happier. So please, cute as these things are – don’t get them! A 1-gallon bowl is just barely big enough! Anything less is ust torture!
