Customized Gift Cards - Use Your Own Pictures!

I got an email today about a new company that does custom gift cards. Gift cards are popular gifts to give and for me was always somewhat impersonal. I wish I came up with this idea though! Now you can actually custom make your own gift card using your own photos.
As you can see, I took a Takashi Amano fish tank picture as my example that I made.
Here’s an example that I found on their website where you can use an actual photograph. It was pretty simple to use. Just upload a picture and adjust the position of it and that’s about it. You can pick the amount you want to add to the gift card.
So if you’re still looking for gift ideas, this might be a good one. I have a white elephant gift exchange coming so it’s either this or the Amazing Flying Monkeys as a gift. The monkeys though are cool…hmmm….

Since everyone here is on the crafting mood I thought I would add in a tip for pet owners. A great way to add a personal touch to your cards and to include your pet in the holidays, dip thier paw in washable ink, then leave a paw print on your Christmas cards as thier signature. Fellow pet lovers will be jealous they didn’t think of it first!
