hey all,

this may be a silly question to most but i'll ask it anyway. *PEACE!*

i have a 10l bucket that i use to replace my water in my 190lt tank. i use about half a cap full of aquaplus tap water conditioner which at those levels is enough to remove chloromine from the water. my question is, do most people add the tap water conditioner first, then turn the tap on and fill the bucket or am i best to fill the bucket then add the tap water conditioner? i stir the conditioner into the water, but i have NO idea how long you are supposed to wait before it is safe to put into the tank... is it immediate? should i wait 5 minutes? the instructions say nothing of the kind.

thanks in advance,

ch0g

I agree...thats how I do it. Pour the dechlor in, fill the bucket. Sometimes I let it sit a little, but usually it just gets poured directly into the tank.
