Have some cherry red shrimp on the way. I want to later add bumble bee & black forest shrimp as well.

It's just an 8g tank so I only plan to add a small amount of fish.

What small fish can be kept w/the shrimp?

I agree with the above, although nearly any fish will snack on newborn shrimp and slightly reduce how fast they will breed in the tank (although heavy plant cover greatly reduces this).

Also, if I'm not mistaken, Bumblebee and Black Forest shrimp are both Caridina species, and may crossbreed. Shrimp crossbreeds often revert back to wild type, so if you want to keep your tank colorful you may not want those two together :)

Good luck!

I have danios in with my shrimp.
3 pink danios, 2 leopard danios (one longfin), 2 giant danios.
I also have a mystery snail and they All get along great, I love my danios. If the shrimp try to swim my giant danios get excited and chase them, it's very entertaining to watch :)
I also have a red mini crab and every one is happy :)

Danios are also very hardy and will cycle your tank great! Make sure you cycle your tank before you add the shrimp of they will not do too wel.

My tank is just a 10 gallon.
