I want to place a few live plants in my newer aquarium but don't really want to buy a stronger light. I am just wondering if there are plants that will ok in lower light. I have a 20 gallon tank and it came with an overhead fluorescent light that is only 15 watts. What are the plants that would be ok with that lighting?

Anubias, java ferns, crypts, subulata, and riccia will all work. Riccia is great, as it is floating, and stays close to the light.

Plants in aquarium enhance my aquarium and it adds oxygen and even foods to fish. I bought the aquarium with real plants in it. I bought Anacharis also known as the Brazilian Waterweed which is very ideal for beginner like me. It requires only moderate lighting and easy to keep.
