We found fry

And they are separated in the same tank because I have had enough fish die.
The only one I have clearly seen preg. was the Bumblebee Platy that died. These ones already have a bit of black on their tail fins so they are Bumblebee Platy or Panda Platy.







How old do you think they are?

I would agree with MdngtRain and say that they are 2-3 weeks. They look fat and happy, so you should see more color on them within the next few weeks. My Platy fry are born clear, but they turn black within a couple weeks. I really need some color variation. xD

Fry are fast and smart. They like to hide and they are quick to get away from hungry mouths. You might not have killed many, if any at all. I always check when I'm doing water changes. I put the water in a 5g bucket, check for fish and dump it.

Well, from their color, they look like Pandas to me. I just found 8 Guppy fry last night that are about 2-3 days old. I'm trading in my 4 month old 1-1/2 inch fry for 4 Neon Tetras to add to my group. Good luck keeping them!!
