Want a power filter?

#1
I'm going to replace the power filter (hang on back of tank type) on my 55 gallon with a canister filter for Christmas. There's nothing wrong with it, I just want to be able to choose my own media and have less current because this is a planted tank. The power filter is an Aqua-Tech 30-60 (as in # of gal it's for) made by Regent. It runs at 330 gph and uses premade filter inserts with batting and carbon (removes ferts, that's why I don't want it) that you can buy at Walmart. I've only been using it for about 10 months. I have one in another size that is still going strong 5 years later. I still have the original box and I think I have the instruction booklet. I'll clean it off and make it real purty for ya ;D and include the inserts that I have left (3 I think). It cost me $35 when it was new. Make me an offer I can't refuse. ;)
