Tapeworm, roundworm, or???? what????

My discus have white faece coming out and it stopped eating.... :'(

My friend said it is tapeworm and have to use dog dewormer to take care of it.

However, after doing some research, it seems to be more of roundworm instead of tapeworm.  People suggest to treat it with Panacur (Fenbendazol).

Also, I saw one person successfully treated his discus with pumpkin seed powder..... ???

Can anyone give me some idea on what I should do???
