I just heard a commercial for a new program called "Tanks" that will be on Animal Planet and I guess it is about a couple of guys that will built an aquarium from anything that you ever dreamed about. Sounds a little outrageous to me but who knows - there might be some interesting ideas. *twirlysmi

If its the same show its been on for a couple seasons now. Its OK, for a reality show. You got to put up with the reality drama to get through the show.

Hello; I watched a couple of early episodes. Did not care for the format.

I had never heard of it and therefore never watched it - also I am not into reality shows, but I was curious whether the guys really knew anything about aquariums. Somethings look neat when started but have no reasonable way to maintain and would just turn into junk.

I wonder who takes care for these just-set-up saltwater tanks that are fully stocked (and often overstocked) on day 1. Their customers are often new to aquariums, period.

Its real scary!!! I have seen a couple episodes and wondered that myself. They do have some really radical builds though!!
