Strange-Weird Worm in Tank

I have a strange worm in my live rock. My tank has been set up for 3+ years and I have had the live rock from the beginning. About a month ago this worm started poking out this rock. I have a guy that helps me care for the tank and gets me new corals, he has no idea what it is. Just to be safe... I wouldn't feed it after midnight.

No idea. It is amazing what pokes its way out of LR. If it is filter feeding like a feather duster, it should be safe enough - filter feeder types generally don't eat corals, fish, etc.
