royal pleco

my lfs said she can personally order any type of freshwater or saltwater fish coral live rock or anything i wanted for me. so i asked about royal plecos. She tols me she can get me two royal plecos for $20 each but i have to buy both.

i was thinking of putting one in my 200 gallon tank with my oscars and putting the other one in my 110.

doany of you think this is a good deal?

she said the only fancy pleco she cant get cheap is zebras lol so imma look for different types to see if i can house them

you could house any pl*co in your tank.

i just dont want to buy a pleco that is carnivorous. lik ei looked at one called titanicus i dont remember the l number but it gets fed brine shrimp and oysters. i dont want that in my tank i want something that can live off algea lol

yeah i do but for the momeny and i do not want a giant common lol so im looking around online for different types of catfish and plecos

For your tanks i'd suggest the L-14 or L-114

i liek them both but with the l-114 i doint wanna order it and get one with a tail thats going to stay really really dull but thats just a chance ill take -p but i really like the l-14

how in the world can anyone keep up with the l numbers for the names? people say L-200 L-14 L-114. how can anyone understand that and keep the numbers straight to remember what the fish looks like. to confusing.

Common names could mention numerous species of pl*cos. Take the BN pl*co. There are several species out there that cover that common name.
