Yes, she's gone. 
This morning she was laying in the back of the tank. At least she didn't go blind or have some other problem like Juju. She lived with me for over a year. She was always very curious and always swam around the syphon and my hands when I was doing water changes, although she never did grasp the concept of a feeding ring. She was a good fish...
