Can anyone tell me who makes these powerheads and where I can get the hardware to attach them inside me tank?

looks like a Pondmaster submersible pump with a modified intake. In the 300 to 500 GPH range.

any idea on mounting to the top corner on the tank?

find a filter pad that fits such as these Pondmaster Pre Filter Pump Filter - Pondmaster Pond Supplies
then put a riser, 90% elbow and a spray tip on the threads and set it to what ever hight you want. It would be a bottom filter at that point but your surface agitation will be fine. total cost about $10 at your local garden center or pond supply shop.
