I have 3 red belly in a 30 long, I just graduated college and I am ready to move, instead of risking shock to the fish I may sell them or give them to my buddy who has several pirahna (7)75 gal, and 3 snake heads 85 gal, if I gave them to him, would they kill the fresh new pirhana ? has anyone mixed groups of fish together like that?

Aside from over crowding the 75, it will be risky. If it was the other way around (larger introduced to smaller) no problem.
Here is what he needs to do, divide off the tank introducing the new guys on one side. After a day or two remove the divider and by that time they'll have been used to each others presents.
I'm not saying this will work out, but it definitely gives them a better chance.
