Hard to tell from that picture - basically, female gouramis will have a rounded dorsal (top) fin, whereas the male's dorsal fin will come to a point. Male pearl gouramis also develop a rosy red chest.
well i put the gourami in the tank and my blue gourami wount stop touching it and stuff so i would think the pearl was a male so i put him in my 30 gallon tank
