I awoke this morning to three new babies, it seemed like a small batch of fish I just figured some had been eaten. We bought an isolation net, got our three babies in the net. We then looked for any fry we may have missed in the tank. Just finished dinner and we found three more. My question is do Mollies give birth for an extended period of time. I am looking closer at her now and she is still bigger than the other female we bought with her.

Any comments would be appreciated!

IME they can give birth over a period of several days. You can separate the fry if you want, but I certainly wouldn't move the female. Mollies are very prolific and you will have more fry than you know what to do with so I would just let nature take its course. If you do want some to survive just have plenty of hiding places.
