We are new to fishkeeping. Our 65 gallon tank has been set up since Thursday and we added 3 goldfish on Saturday evening. All 3 seem active and are eating normally.
When we picked up "Flash" from the pet store, we noticed a faint dark spot on his head...this was faint. Now it is very pronounced, very dark, and seems to be spreading. It is much larger on his head, and this evening we noticed it on his dorsal fin, around his mouth, and also the on his bottom tail fin. His activity level and eating habits seem normal.
Could this be a bruise, and the blood moving around his body.
