Loaches

Help. Im trying to pick loaches for a 15 gal tank w/ 2 hockey sticks, catfish, rainbow, & a clear 1. All non-aggrisive. Please I got a big snail over run & my tank looks kinda empty. Thanks for the help.

Not the fault of papabear489, the site stalled. If a posting takes a couple a minutes, I check afterwards and sometimes find multiple posts even though I have hit submit only the once.

Anyway, getting a fish just to eat snails is bad fish keeping. Clowns will get far too large for your tank. Try to get at the underlying cause of your snails (snail populations can only grow to the amount of food avaliable). You probably want to feed less and then use something like a piece of lettuce at night to collect the snails.

sry about all the threads. it didnt do any thing after I hit the send button I waited about 30 mins then started hitting it again & again. Sry again for it. But I tryed the cucumber but still there maybe 50 of them I get rid of 1, 4 take its place. I heard of the yo-yos where good fish to eat snails & were great to watch them swaim around,I wanted to add few more fishes any ways.

One more thing i cut the feeding to once a day clean the tank now once a week instead of once every 2 weeks. still there are the smart 1s who dont jump on the cucumbers.
