How to set up brackish water?

Hello,
I can't find any kind of source that will explain what I need to know about setting up brackish water tanks. I would like to know a list of equipment that I would need to get started.

Go to the salt water section, its the same but you add less salt.

I've read a couple books on brackish and that was very interesting. I've always wanted a puffer, haha.
