How to get rid of a fish???

How would I go about pawning off one of my oscars?? I have two, who were fighting- the dominant one was beating the crap out of the other!! I have since put up a divider, but I hate it!!! I think they'll still fight even in the bigger tank I'm getting, SO! I would like to give one away!!! Do most LFS's take unwanted fish like that?? I've never had to do this before!! I live in NY if anyone wants it!! They are both beautiful!!!  ;D

Yes most LFS will take your fish but Oscars are too common to get any credit.  Just return them back to where you bought it and ask if you can get credit for it.
