Honey Gourami tips needed

I got a new pair of Honey Gouramis and thought of having it on my 30g tank. The 30g tank has a big female 3spot Gouramis...which keeps harassing the small honey Gouramis. I fear 3 spot may kill the small honeys...what shall i do now? any suggestions. I have another tank which has livebearers like Mollies and Guppies can i put the Honey Gouramis in it. are Honey Gouramis compatable with Mollies and Guppies?

I've kept Honey's with mollies and/or gups. Honey's are good community fish usually. How big is your other tank?

Do all of your fish a couple places to hide and call their own? Sometimes having these places can reduce the tension between fish. If this does not work you will have to separate them.
