Gourami Mating?

Hi there,

Just a really quick question that I hope someone here can answer.
If I were to get a female blue neon dwarf gourami and a male 'normal' dwarf gourami (or sunset dwarf gourami - you get me, a different type of dwarf gourami), will they be able to breed?!

So further, what do you reckon would come of it? The blue neon, the males colour, or a crazy combo of the two?

I've never bred an artifically created color of a fish, so can offer no advice of what the outcome would be. Perhaps others can offer opinions based on their experience.
