Do you think that 1 aqua clear mini and a Penquin bio-wheel 125 is enough filtration in a 20 gal tank with 2 angels and 2 german blue rams to be 8) ???

That sounds like plenty to me. ;D

yeah that sounds like enough to me too. the penguin 125 could handle it by itself, but you can never have TOO much filtration.
